Career Day and Math with Mr. Davis

Last Friday, Mr. Davis came in and taught us a new math game. We had to count by 5's and make groups of 5. On our family night, we think this may be one of the games we teach our families how to play! We loved meeting Mr. Davis and they think it is SOOOOOO cool that there is a Mr. and a Mrs. Davis!






We also had career day this Thursday where the students did many things. They loved learning about chemical reactions with science where they made fake snow and gel worms. They learned about coal trains and other great things. Ask your child what their favorite station was at career day! Please leave a comment!

    Thanks for commenting! If you look in the paper, there are many pictures of students from our class! Unfortunately, they have Melissa's last name wrong but very cool that we were featured! Way to go Mrs. Davis' dazzling first graders!!
